Baker Charter Schools are two unique and innovative schools that were established in 2009. The schools are specially designed and carefully managed to maximize our ability to meet family needs.

Baker Web Academy is a virtual charter school offering a full selection of online classes, textbook-based classes, teacher support, technology, and face to face learning/support opportunities. We are experts in setting up personalized education plans with students that will help them reach their goals with the support of a caring and dedicated staff.

Baker Early College students attend local community college campuses full time and earn college credits that can be applied toward their high school graduation requirements. We offer support, guidance services, tuition, books and dual enrollment to high school students in the state of Oregon.

We believe in investing in our staff! Every staff member receives an annual PD stipend to pursue their educational and growth dreams. Our staff has gone all over the world in pursuit of growth and learning. The PD Stipend for full time employees is $2000 a year. All employees working less than full time are pro-rated (Ex: 0.6 FTE x $2000 = $1200).
