are confident in their communication and advocacy skills
are independent, motivated learners
Additional Info
BEC operates on a trimester system that largely coincides with the college terms. If you are coming mid-year from a high school on semesters, you'll ideally enroll at BEC between S1 and S2. You'll start in High School Options and can then move to the college for Spring Term.
Please do not apply to the community college you wish to attend. Complete your BEC application first and our admissions team will get you all of the information you need, including details about how to apply to the college and complete placements for 10th-12th graders.
Expulsions – Baker Early College does not accept enrollment requests for students who have been expelled from other educational institutions without review of the expulsion conditions by administration.
