An avid reader and lifelong learner, Cathi graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Graphic Design. After being self employed for years, Cathi decided to move into the technology side of things. She has worked with students and educators for an online school, troubleshooting and assisting with all kinds of technology. She loves being the detective and solving technology mysteries. Cathi is married, has two sons, enjoys traveling and the outdoors.

Ryan joined Baker Web Academy as a science teacher but quickly transitioned to Technology Director as the school continued to grow. Not only does Ryan love Science and Technology but he loves to play, coach and watch soccer. He currently coaches High School Soccer and is an avid Timbers Fan, travelling around the country to see them play. 

Ryan received his Bachelors from Utah Valley University in Biology Education. He then received his Masters through an online program from Oregon State University.

Casey enjoys outdoor sports and can be seen snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and fishing. He has been involved with music performance and engineering for most of his life and has toured and recorded with multiple bands.

In his past positions over seas as tech coordinator, he helped develop school technology vision, implemented new technologies in the classroom, started multiple pilot programs, and facilitated choosing a new learning management system and its seamless rollout. As a Media Integration Specialist and Instructional Technology Specialist, he worked with teachers and administration in one-on-one, small group, and team teaching scenarios. He has also provided consultation to teachers when writing technology into their lesson plans.
