Meagan came to Baker after 12 years of teaching Spanish and Language Arts in public schools. She received her bachelors degree from the University of Oregon and her Masters in Teaching from Pacific University. Originally from southern Oregon, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling with her family and working on her farm. She’s excited to teach in an online setting and looks forward to working one-on-one with students to help them accomplish their goals.

Care'e DeMoss graduated from the University of Oregon with a double major in Spanish and Psychology in 2002. She continued on with her education and earned a Master's of Education degree from Pacific University. She most recently finished her Administrator's Program from Concordia University in 2015 and hopes to become an administrator in the near future. Care'e has taught in many different settings from a private/Catholic high school where she herself graduated from, to also teaching in alternative ed as well as online. She feels like Baker Web Academy is her home, and really appreciates working with such supportive staff members. Care'e was recently married and has really been enjoying newlywed life with her husband Dustin!

Alayna Grady is originally from Oklahoma and is a proud University of Oklahoma Sooner football fan. She has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a Master's degree in Educational Instructional Psychology and Technology. Alayna has taught in K-12 public schools in Oklahoma and Texas. She has also taught at the community college and university level. With over 15 years of experience in education and instructional design, Alayna brings a creative and enthusiastic approach to her students.

Katrina Rudolph-Wise holds a BA in Liberal Studies with minors in Spanish, English, Bilingual Education and Secondary Education from Eastern Oregon University. She also holds a MA in Educational Leadership and Organization from UC Santa Barbara. Katrina taught Spanish and English as a Second Language in California beginning in 1993. She began teaching Spanish at BWA in 2011 and enjoys getting to work with Eastern Oregon students as well as improving and expanding the Spanish program.
