Having graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1994, Richard Ritter spent the next 22 years in various business positions. He has experience in sales, customer service, management, executive management, international sales, national account sales, advertising and marketing. The industries he worked in primarily were the equipment rental, crane, electronic components, and safety fields. With a vast array of experiences, and in-depth knowledge of business, Mr. Ritter is enjoying a new career direction.

His passion for Literature, Poetry and Art is a major reason for his life-altering change in career path. Having coached and been a part of the Cub Scouts of America, Mr. Ritter is excited to help children of all ages find the practical importance of education in a modern technological society. With work experiences in Arizona, Washington, North Carolina and throughout Oregon, Richard is versed in guiding people with various backgrounds with a positive approach. His humor and passion for helping young people of all ages, spills into his personal life where he is a father of three. After family and literature, his passion for football and activities keep him connected to his community.
